Search, outreach and screening are all included. If no candidate signs, you pay nothing for that search. When one does, we calculate our fee on base salary only. Each assignment is governed by signed terms of business.

Is there any cost to start a search?
No. We agree the brief, research the market and screen candidates with no upfront charge.
What is the success fee calculated on?
Base salary only. We do not apply the percentage to bonus, commission, equity or the wider package.
When is the success fee payable?
The success fee becomes payable only when the candidate signs their employment contract, subject to the agreed terms of business.
What happens if no candidate signs?
No success fee is payable for that search, subject to the agreed terms of business.
What protection applies if a candidate withdraws or leaves early?
Candidate withdrawal and early departure protections apply under the written terms agreed for the assignment. The exact protection and any conditions are set out before the search begins.
